Synopsis

PEE-WEE, THE TALKING PENGUIN! Batman and Robin catch the Penguin breaking into an ice factory, but when the Dynamic Duo approaches him, he convinces them he's reformed. How? With the help of Pee Wee, a talking penguin. Pee Wee and the Penguin quickly become a national sensation, which attracts the attention of two of Penguin's old thugs, who proceed to kidnap Pee Wee. Batman, Robin and the Penguin trace them down to an abandoned forest ranger's station, where it's revealed Penguin faked the kidnapping. What's more, Penguin, through use of his famous trick umbrella, fooled the public into thinking Pee Wee could actually talk. Penguin and his thugs are returned to jail, while Pee Wee is brought to Gotham Zoo. THE STARS OF YESTERDAY! A group of professional artists have been out of the spotlight for being considered too old. When a businessman approaches them and offers them a chance to perform on his boat, they gladly agree. What the old timers don't know is that this businessman is a criminal and he pretends to use them as cover-up for his activities. Batman and Robin soon start investigating the case and with help from the performers, they capture the criminals and put an end to their crime spree. After such a successful feat, the artists are offered many jobs from various entertainment companies. THE WONDERFUL MR. WIMBLE! Mr. Wimble, an elderly caretaker of a wax Batman and Robin exhibit, is constantly day dreaming about helping the Dynamic Duo in their cases. When two new racketeers come to town, it's up to old Mr. Wimble to help Batman and Robin solve the case.
